This growth has enable destination to compete with other destination in inviting tourists and travellers to their area. Destination marketing is the process of communicating to potential visitors to influence their destination preference, intention to travel and ultimately their final destination and product choices.
It is one of the reason why destination marketing has become the major part of the ‘Implementation’ process; it is the articulation and communication of the values, vision and competitive attributes of the destination.
